AmerSeal Premium Tire Sealant
AmerSeal permanently seals up to 1/4" punctures in tread areas and larger heavier ply tires. This premium tire sealant stays effective for the life of the tire and helps maintain air pressure and stop flats, reducing down time and extending tire life. AmerSeal is proudly made in the USA and is well proven solution in Agricultural and Off-Road environments.
How much Tire Sealant do you need? Recommended Dosage:
- Over 40 mph - Suggested for most UTV's and SxS tires:
- Tire Height (in) x Tire Width (in) ÷ 15 = Ounces Per Tirez
Example Tire 30x10-14, ==> 30x10/15 = 20 oz
~20 - 24 oz for most UTV / SxS tires (28" - 35")
- Under 40 mph - Suggested for ATV's and Agricultural Equipment
- Tire Height (in) x Tire Width (in) ÷ 8.5 = Ounces Per Tire
Example Tire 25x10-12 ==> 25x10/8.5 = 30 oz
~28 - 32 oz for most ATV tires (25" - 28")

EASY TO USE
• Ready to use with no mixing or special preparation needed.
• Since there is no need to completely deflate the tire, it only takes a few minutes to install with our hand injector pump.
NO MESS
• 100% water soluble for easy cleanout of a tire if recapping or patching a large puncture is required.-
WON'T HARM TIRE OR WHEEL
• Sealing action is completely mechanical - there is no chemical reaction that might harm the tire or cause corrosion on the wheel.
• Does not void tire warranty.
WILL NOT SEPARATE
• Stays pH neutral and remains effective for the life of the tire.

• Will not migrate to the bottom of the tire when the vehicle is stopped.

EFFECTIVENESS
• Seals l/4inch punctures in tread area, larger punctures in heavy ply tires.
• Seals most bead and rim leaks.
• Extremely effective in tubeless tires, less effective in tube type tires.
AmerSeal Installation
Tools and Materials Required:
- AmerSeal
- Valve Core Tool
- Compressed Air to Re-Inflate Tire
Step 1:
Remove the core from the valve stem.
Step 2:
Pump the recommended amount of AmerSeal into the tire (no mixing or stirring required, AmerSeal® is always ready to install).
Step 3:
Remove the connector and hold the finger over the valve stem to prevent further air loss.
Step 4:
Replace the core in the valve stem and reinflate the tire.
Step 5:
If the tire is punctured, remove the foreign object and drive the vehicle immediately a short distance to form a permanent seal.
